Her exam was thorough and she caught some things that were missed by other doctors. She was very warm and kind and patient and I never felt rushed during my visit. Appts are difficult to get. Luckily I got a canceled appt from someone and was able to move my yearly up by 6 months. It was 14 months out for a yearly. Waits for appts Is way off there somewhere and all drs are very busy. Have to go to the ER for things to be cared for. Dr. Chow is the best.

She always takes as much time as needed for an appointment; it never feels rushed. I always feel like she cares about me and my well-being. She asks questions and actively listens. She shows respect for my questions and opinions. She also brings a nice warmth to each encounter which removes (or at least reduces) any stress.The one opportunity has more to do with Swedish than Dr. Chow. It would be nice if the medical office space was refreshed. It seems tired and dated. Not a huge deal, but just a thought that would improve the experience. I am so glad I found Dr. Chow to be our PCP.
