I didn't think I actually needed an appointment because I consider myself healthy, but someone on the health team decided I should come in because I had not had a well visit or labs for a few years. I appreciate this extra attention because after getting lab results I know where I stand. Thank you Dr. Krengel and team! Dr.Krengel is everything you would want in a health care provider. She's compassionate, thoughtful, and listens attentively.

It was my first visit with Dr. Krengle, who is now my primary care physician. (Mine retired.) I was impressed with her thoroughness. She reviewed my medical history prior to our appointment and systematically asked questions related to it. She is very knowledgeable and iprofessional.

She seems very knowledgeable and as far as I can tell is an excellent physician. But I've only seen her for two years so she's still learning about my history. In general the wellness visit is short and we don't have time to delve into all the details of my health. And the physical exam itself is rather brief.

The appointment was very easy to schedule! However, Dr. Krengel Was booked out almost 3 months which is a bit crazy. Not a huge deal for an annual physical/check-up type appointment, but it would still be great to get that lead time down. Besides that I have no complaints at all. But PacMed/Swedish/Providence needs to do better making the caseload manageable for providers so that patients can see their primary care doctor without delay.
