Dr. Madolyn Krengel is always prepared, is understanding and listens. I appreciate leaving my annual with a plan of action concerning next steps she provides that I can implement for best health outcomes and information that helps me in a positive way in my ageing process.

Dr Krengel is knowledgeable, engages with me in a comfortable and caring manner. She explains things clearly and answers my questions with patience and care.

I like Dr.Krengel very much. She listens to what I have to say and answers my questions. I think she is a color blind. It does not matter wether you are white, black,or brown, she treats you the same way, Dr. Krengel is a wonderful doctor and I am very satisfied to have her as my dr. Every experience I've had with Dr.Krengel has been excellent. She's always listened to my questions, concerns, and comments with genuine interest as to hour it relates to my health and what it looks like going forward. I like dr. Krengel a lot. She is very nice and really listens to what you say. When lab work is done,she immediately notify you of tthe resullts and asked if I have any question. Her assistant is very nice and helpful and the front desk people are very nice and cheerful.

BEST DOCTOR I HAVE HAD , NOT THE SCHEDULING SYSTEM, RE SCHEDULING OR UPDATING SYSTEM IS NOT QUITE THERE YET, TOO SLOW AND NOT RESPONSIVE. SPECIALLY WHEN SCHEDULING PAIN MANGMENT SHOTS ON MY KNEE IT NEVER LET'S ME DO IT WITH MY DOCTOR.

Dr. K responds quickly and fully to all my questions sent through MyChart. She makes good eye contact during visits, listens intently, and does not let the computer get in the way of the clinical interaction. This is very rare in my experience. Kudos to her!

Excellent service and manners

The doctors I have seen were very good but it is very hard to get a timely appointment. I two cases I saw a different provider rather than my doctor. Both were great as is my internist.

I didn't realize my prescription had no more refills remaining and I had about two weeks of meds left. The health care team managed to find an appointment time for me. I didn't think I actually needed an appointment because I consider myself healthy, but someone on the health team decided I should come in because I had not had a well visit or labs for a few years. I appreciate this extra attention because after getting lab results I know where I stand. Thank you Dr. Krengel and team! Dr.Krengel is everything you would want in a health care provider. She's compassionate, thoughtful, and listens attentively.

It was my first visit with Dr. Krengle, who is now my primary care physician. (Mine retired.) I was impressed with her thoroughness. She reviewed my medical history prior to our appointment and systematically asked questions related to it. She is very knowledgeable and iprofessional.
