Dr. Krengel was amazing. Really listened to all my concerns. Anything she couldn't address in the moment, she wrote me referrals for other providers or prescriptions for. She even used a spray when I told her I'm not great with needles. Small step, but she took a small step just for my comfort 10 times (each injection). Awesome provider.

Dr. Krengel is the best. She listens to your (patient) concerns, makes suggestions when necessary, and is overall concerned about the patients heath care. Dr. Krengel also has a great personality.

Dr. Krengel is fabulous. I have not had as good of experiences with the other providers I have seen at this clinic, though.

Dr. Krengel is a very good physician. She listens, offers good advice and appropriate follow up. She treats the doctor-patient relationship like a partnership, seeking my input and desires about my care which is critical for me. I think she's very knowledgeable and wants the best for me. While I don't blame Dr. Krengel for the difficulties with long waits to get an appointment, that is a concern for me.

This visit was my first to establish new patient status. I had my annual Well Care visit with my previous doctor in May 2026. We just reviewed my history and prescriptions. Excellent visit!

I like all aspects of the care provider! She is attentive, knows where we stopped at my last visit and makes knowledgeable prescriptions and says why.

Dr. Krengel genuinely listened to my concerns and methodically addressed each to make sure options and understanding. Didn't feel rush although I likely took too much of her time but greatly appreciated the thorough consult so our follow ups should be less time.

Dr Krengel was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. I feel comfortable with her. If I had one single bit of "otherwise" feedback, it wouldn't be about her, but about the systems in place now where computers are concerned. I think I might be getting used to doctors typing while we meet, but it's something that creates a distance.

Dr Krengel is excellent and I also really appreciate that PacMed Northgate is so easy to navigate. Reception folks actually answer the phone, parking is easy, and the on-site lab tends not to be too backed up. It feels less corporate than other clinics I visit, which I really appreciate.

It does not matter wether you are white, black,or brown, she treats you the same way, Dr. Krengel is a wonderful doctor and I am very satisfied to have her as my dr.
