I have been very pleased with the professional care and concern over my health given by MD Maria Fan. She is and remains my PCP which I have my annual wellness exam the last week in July with her. She is the best I have ever had I am so pleased to say! Thank you for this survey!!

Dr. Fan is great, but getting on her schedule took some time (4-5 months out).

She is very helpful with problem solving and working with me. I feel very supported with my health concerns. She's proactive with reminders for making future appts, recommendations, alternative plans if current solutions aren't working. Really appreciate her foresight and care.

Dr Fan has been a fantastic provider who is thoughtful and knowledgeable. She knows my health history well and it's clear she prepares and knows her patients. She is kind and I have recommended her to much of my family.

I appreciate Dr Fan's preparation for my combined wellness check and routine follow up visit by reviewing the the online questionnaire about my medical problems prior to the office appointment. Also her flexibility in dealing with new problems during the office visit. Dr Fan was very thorough and considerate.

I was overdue to see my doctor due to travel issues. I would like to have more time with her.More time would have been helpful for me.Due to my partner being there it took up more time. Appointment was months after originally scheduled. It was me that needed more time but I totally understand everyone's schedules.Dr Fan is a really great doctor. I hope I can somehow continue with her. I will be having some tests done in San Francisco but do not have a primary doctor here. Living in two different states has definitely been challenging.

DR Fan is amazing! But, the word is out, and it's getting more difficult to get an appointment with her.

My doctor is excellent

As of to date, I don't have any bad experience with my primary care doctor and her team members. I have always treated with care and cannot ask for more. I wish we have more doctor like Maria Fan.

I got an appointment very fast, the next day after I called. My doctor asked a lot of questions and is very thorough.I like how the nurse asked me if I wanted to be weighed or if I wanted to just state my weight. I like having water available to drink in the waiting room. Nice Halloween decorations

Recently I had knee replacement, Dr Fan as my PCP gave exceptional guidance on all medications past and present. She took a series of blood clotting labs to assure surgeon of my health. In those abnormal signs were flagged. I was old to surgery but investigation continues on root causes. Dr Fan is by my side getting answers for my general health too. It is deeply appreciated. I feel safe under her care. Best doctor I have had in decades.

I love the option on the phone to talk with my care team! That expedites all the facets of my care. Talking to the team allows my treatment and care to both move forward and pivot as needed. She offered suggestions of ways to help me improve my diet and better means to lose a little weight per my request! Dr Fan is the best!

Dr. Fan is always a pleasure to see. She takes time to take with my mom and ensure any question we have are answered. Her office reached out to schedule this visit as a follow-up to a recent ER visit and she ordered an additional test to ensure my mom is truly on the mend.
