I have had to see Rebecca more than usual because of a very bad coughing and most recently a very bad fall. Rebecca has always and is right on top of it.She always takes time to "listen" and understand not only my sumptoms but overall person so I always feel safe & confident about her care. PA Welch was great. I needed an appointment for routine med check to authorize a prescription refill. She had my chart, thouroughly understood the landscape of medication, insurance, pharmacy, and intersectional regulations. She also understood my underlying condition, took time to check in on that, general health, and other concerns. She had great insight, provided possilbe follow up, and took my lead on next actions. I've seen PA Welch a number of times over the years and I am always thankful and impressed.

I have been part of the Swedish family for a very long time. I work for a different healthcare facility that would pay at a higher rate and live an hour and half away but choose unless it's life threatening to make the drive to stay with Swedish to stay with Swedish providers. I just wish Swedish would expand over the narrows bridge. But my providers would have to also. Kudos swedish team. Keep up the good work and my only suggestion is to upper management, recognize your outstanding employees and pay them what they deserve and get the help they need. It will pay off in the end.

Rebecca isn't my regular provider but I'm always pleased when I have an appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable thorough and kind.

Welch seems to have a more holistic view of the provider/patient relationship than most practitioners. Her questions seem to be on a more personal level than other clinicians, which I appreciate.

I feel very lucky to have to be a patient of Dr Bonsack and his excellent staff.

I had an urgent issue and was able to get an appointment with Rebecca right away. She was thorough and came up with a good plan to address my problem. When I sent a follow up question In MyChart, she got back to me right away.

The provider gave our visit all the time needed to thoroughly examine the situation make a plan for future health maintenance. The best orofessional U've encountered at Swedish.

Rebecca is always prompt and thorough and analyzed my symptoms and concerns in a very competent, experienced, and concise way. On two different situations, she was the first person to recognize what was causing my pains, and laid out the direction to resolve the issues.
