Very professional, kind, thoughtful, eager to get to the bottom of the issues. The tech who took the 9 vials of blood was not particularly friendly or sensitive to my discomfort with the blood drawing procedure.

They assessed my symptoms and concerns and took immediate action to see that I received the care that I needed. The provider continues their care for me by referral to a specialist to further assist in my care and I already have appointments to see them.

I was so impressed with calls that came following my surgery and my ER visit from Swedish to see how I was doing and to schedule an appointment to check on me after my ER visit. At first, it is going to be a virtual visit, but when the ARNP saw that the diagnosis was cellulitis over my surgical site, she wanted to see me in person which I was a very happy to do. She really cared about my condition, which the surgeon, who was actually informed by the ER about my problems (and who is not affiliated with Swedish) did not. The office visit was exemplary. The provider listened to me, asked me questions, provided me with all sorts of good medical information and examined me, marking on my surgical site where the infection had been reduced to. I was very impressed with her.
