Dr Lam is still the best for me , it's just hard to get an appointment with her now since her schedule is always book, you have to wait about a month or two before you could even see her. It's hard to find a Dr now a days and Dr Lam is the for me.

Dr, Lam has been my PCP for 9 years and is always very helpful during my visits. She listens to my concerns and provides care based on that. She is easy to talk to and reachable through Mychart for any concerns. She also follows up on lab results on a timely manner and advises as needed.

Dr Serena Lam is incredible. I have been to other providers who made me feel dismissed or sometimes foolish for asking medical questions. Dr Serena Lam, however, listens to everything in detail and takes time to explain things and answer questions in detail. She is very knowledgeable and has the most incredible bedside manner. She is by far the best doctor I've ever been to.

I can't imagine a better internist than Dr Serena Lam. She is kind, compassionate, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and a great advocate.My health as a senior Is quite complex with lots of Issues. I feel so blessed to have Dr Lam as my PCP. I would rate her the best of any healthcare provider I've encountered in my 68 years!

Dr Lam is wonderful. I needed immediate attention for abdominal pain and my GP was not available so scheduled with Dr Lam. She was spot on with her I ital diagnosis, confirmed by a CT scan her team scheduled for the next day. Very happy with care that was provided.

Dr Serena Lam is a true gem in the medical profession. She is friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring. I am a chronically ill, medically fragile patient. There is no question that I take more of her time than the average patient. She is never in a rush with me. She cares deeply about my overall health and wellbeing, and provides extraordinary care.

I love Dr. Lam she's great and my favorite provider thus far. Her medical assistant that Day was really sweet. Typically the receptionist are not very friendly. Don't give eye contact. Don't say please or thank you., just mumble a couple of thungs and tell you to wait
