The receptionist and the nursing staff were helpful and courteous. Dr. Lam was thorough and clear with her questions to me to get a better picture of my overall wellness and had concise advice for the concerns she had.

She was amazing and so was the staff like always. I've been going to this facility for about 15 years or so and I've never had a bad experience. Only once from my OBGYN after I have my daughter and our first visit she was trying to convince me to get tons of shots which I refused. I did get the ones that I thought was important and also switch doctors been fine ever since

Dr Lam always listened, explained what needed to better health. About the nurse or assistant she's ok kind a don't care maybe she's busy.
