About Sadie N. Wyatt
Sadie is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in internal medicine at Providence Internal Medicine - Spokane Valley. Sadie originally completed her initial studies through Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in sociology. She entered the medical field following graduation through medical scribing for an urgent care for several years before completing her physician assistant training through University of Washington Medex program and completed her certification in 2023. Throughout training, Sadie experienced several different specialties including family medicine, emergency medicine, inpatient medicine, behavioral health, women's health, and orthopedics. Sadie believes in using a holistic approach focusing on mind as well as body through shared decision making to assist with patient health goals that best fits their values.

This was my first time seeing Sadie Wyatt, but it felt like I've been seeing her for years. She was kind, thorough, and listened to all my questions/concerns. She committed to finding the cause of my symptoms instead of just "putting a bandaid" on me. I really liked her and would be glad to see her again!

Sadie Wyatt was absolutely incredible.. She spent the time and really listened to me. She went above and beyond helping me and checking in on me the day after my appointment. I really wish she could possibly take me on as a regular patient, and I know she can't, because I asked, but if I had my way, I'd choose her in a heartbeat. She is incredible!
