Came in for infected cyst on my back. I noticed it that morning. Called at 830 and had 845 check in time. Dast service. Dr Hess was as gentle as could be and apologized if it hurt to excize the sebaceous cyst.

I was not feeling well and Dr Hess appreciated that. Appropriate treatment was given

I have never had a family Doctor treat me with so much respect and care like Sarah Hess . I have PTSD, Bipolar, anxiety, and depression. She's the only one who understands me. I love how she listens to me. Her bedside manner is the best in the world. If Providence ever loses her, I will be extremely mad.. You see she hears me when I feel like I am lost when I feel like no one hears me when I feel like the depression. The posttraumatic stress disorder is trying to take over. I know I can call her and she will hear me. So thank you so much for having Sarah Hess and her nurse to keep my mindset on living.

The MA was whispering when chatting about menstruation. It was bizarre in that I'm trying to normalize that topic with my adolescent daughter. Dr Hess was amazing and spent extra time with us to cover everything. It was the best well visit we have had!
