Dr Hafeez is always a pleasure to visit, he is always cheerful, Listens, and always shows concern about my health. The front staff is awesome. They always smile when they greet me.

You have to hurry and ask your questions,The heart drs are in a hurry.there ready to run!!!!

I am a retired RN and was referred to your clinic. My first visit was great. The staff Introduced themselves to me as did the doctor. They were efficient and quick to get me seen and I was diagnosed with atrial fib.They arranged for all my follow up appointments and tests. This appointment was my 6 month follow-up. Efficiency and courteousness of your clinic is graded as A1. I like my young doctor, but he was in and out. He asked me a couple of questions and told me he would see me in another year. He didn't listen to my heart, take my pulse. Just told me to follow what I am doing, loose weight and get my A1C lower again. He asked me about edema (which I have had for years in my ankles, but never checked them-ever!!) My PMD gives me a better check up and I see him 3 times per year. I have faith in him but not too sure about Dr. H. I think I will probably just see him for my follow-up. I guess you could say I was not satisfied with Dr. H. Concern for me personally. I felt like a sheep being rushed through the shearing procedure.

This visit with this provider seemed rushed. He appeared to be bothered that I was there and answered my questions harshly. This provider is kind and courteous in my normal appointments with him, was this one different because it was a post hospital visit?

I probably spent less than five minutes with him. I had to ask him to check my heart. He barely did said it was fine and that was about it.

I felt that I mattered the way they provided their opinions very professional. They talk to you as a human being and that's important.

I had very good experience with this provider. Waiting time was short and everyone was friendly.

The doctor listened when I said I didn't want the dye procedure in preparation for a venal stent at this time due to concerns about my kidneys. He agreed snd looked at my legs for vein problems and asked me to follow-up in a year.

He could have explained the test results more completely (in fairness, I could have asked). He just said both test results were normal.

When I made appointment I asked for a doctor for vascular issues and was told yes, on visit with doctor he said not so, he was heart specialist onlyIf I was told that when I made appt. I wild have looked for vascular doctor also . Now I am looking for this type of specialist . Time has been lost.

When Dr came in room he said hello good news your heart monitor came back normal and I'll see you in a year as he was writing it and talking at same time handed me a slip to give to receptionist and walked out he spent 30 sec with me guess I wasn't important enough for him

I think everyone I delt with was great can't say enough.

I get the feeling he knows what he's doing and most likely gets the information. He feels necessary. It's just that I don't walk out with a confident feeling and Understanding about the appointment.

The doctor was very nice. I was told I had to see him before I could get a halter monitor that was ordered by my cardiologist(specialist). Which didn't make sense because the doctor could not answer any questions. He was extremely nice but I honestly didn't understand why I had to see him. That appointment could have been given to someone who really needed it. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful in getting my heart monitor ordered and done. I couldn't have asked for a better service from each young lady that helped me! I would highly recommend them battling my needs and addressing my care! I was so so impressed with them. I'm just so sorry I did t write their names down. Thank you so much!
