About Prabhdeep S. Sandhu
Prabhdeep Sandhu, M.D., was born and raised in India. He became interested in medicine at a young age due to watching his uncle, a physician, care for patients. Dr. Sandhu decided that he wanted to help people in the same way. He moved to the U.S. after attending medical school in India. He was recognized with many significant awards of excellence including the Faculty Development Award for excellence in Graduate Medical Education, Teacher of the Year and Best Intern of the Year.
Dr. Sandhu is board certified in internal medicine, interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. His main clinical interest is structural heart disease. He is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and American College of Cardiology.

I went to this first follow appointment from an aortic dissection surgery. I met Dr. Sandhu in the hospital as he was the cardiologist assigned to my case. On the way to my follow up appointment, I was curious to see if Dr. Sandhu would be patient answering a laundry list of questions I had written down regarding my situation, the meds I'm on, and possible follow up care. I can honestly say he exceeded my expectations in every way. Dr. Sandhu was patient and never gave me the rush job even though I had my long list of questions. He answered them all one by one in a way a laymen could clearly understand. I have often been rushed by other physicians who seem to be overbooked by their front desk team and are in and out the door in five minutes tops. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu to anyone needing a patient and highly skilled cardiologist!

As a practical matter this overall group and the doctors here that are my doctors are the best as far as knowledge and truly caring, and their staff is always caring.

Give the routine check up from the assistant personnel weighting me in, checking my blood pressure and document information on the computer and me to wait for doctor Sandu. And then I was being check if my heart rate by the doctor. Everything seems to be in order and said I continue to take the medicine prescribed early this year.
