About Sachin M. Navare
Sachin M. Navare, M.D., grew up in Mumbai, India, in a family of medical professionals. Both his parents were doctors, which inspired Dr. Navare as well as his sister to follow them into careers as physicians. Dr. Navare attended medical school in Mumbai before moving to the United States to complete his postgraduate training. While in his internal medicine residency in New Haven, CT, he was honored with the Medical Staff’s President’s Award for Excellence in performance and academics and simultaneously was recognized with another award for his research. He has coauthored numerous medical publications.
Currently he is an Interventional Cardiologist, Level III in Nuclear Cardiology, Level II in Echocardiography and Level II in Cardiac CT. Dr Navare is board certified in internal medicine and interventional cardiology. Dr. Navare’s clinical areas of expertise include cardiac catheterization, and coronary and peripheral vascular intervention. In addition, Dr. Navare is extensively trained in noninvasive cardiac evaluation, including coronary CT angiography, myocardial perfusion, PET imaging and transesophageal echocardiography.
Dr. Navare is passionate about caring for his patients. He is dedicated to treating their medical issues and helping them live healthier lives.

I went to Dr. Navare this time as part of a pre-scheduled, routine check-up. However, I had been experiencing vertigo for several weeks (4). He proceeded to ask me many questions about my situation.
