My provider really seems to care about my health. She is very personable, and at the same time, very professional. Such rare qualities in many doctors these days. I'm very thankful that I have her.

Dr. Chan knows me and my body well. She takes excellent care of me.

Each visit with Dr Chen is great - the office is efficient and she understands my conditions, meds and goals. She is helping me manage my conditions and improve my quality of life. There were some questions here about test follow up and discussions of meds. Neither were necessary outside of my appointment. Whenever I have questions, she or her office are very responsive. This is how healthcare should work...very happy patient here!

One day I had a medical problem, walked into Dr. Chen's office, and they fit me in without an appointment

Dr Chen was very nice and helpful. Ordered the testing that was needed for my issues and answered all questions asked

Dr. Chen was fantastic. My husband has neurocognitive disorder, memory loss. As his wife, I needed to provide extra information. She listened and heard what both my husband & I talked about. She asked questions and formulated a care plan to acquire a baseline for my husband. As a retired RN, I was very impressed with Dr. Chen's care of my husband.

I just met her, she is very helpful & understands my NO pharmacy intake, just natural supplements that heal the body. She understands my condition & has scheduled another image of my heart for any hidden issues. The EKG came out fine, & she prescribed a supplement of 3,000 mg of Tumeric in capsules per day, known to lower high blood pressure.

Dr. Chen is a very caring doctor that goes above and beyond for her patients!

All was great. Our first visit was close to an emergency. Dr Chen who we had never met, got us in right away. Had blood work and echocardiogram that day and by next day early morning had a pacemaker implanted. Easy and efficient care and treatment by kind caring staff.

Dr Chen is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She listened carefully and answered thoroughly. She is passionate about her job and she makes me feel comfortable to share my healthy concerns. It's encouraging to know Providence has such capable doctor for its patients.

With grave concern, was able to see Dr Chen the next day. During that appointment, blood dest was scheduled, echocardiogram was administered in spite of the fact that the technician had to stay overtime to work me in. The next day blood work was done and a pacemaker was implanted.
