About Hashim H. Gazi
Originally from Srinagar, Kashmir, Dr. Gazi moved to the United States for college, followed by medical school in Canada where he stayed until completing cardiology fellowship training at McGill University in Montreal in 2010.
He returned to the US to lead an interventional cardiology research lab at Harvard Medical School in Boston, where he then pursued interventional cardiology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by a Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Gazi then joined as assistant professor of Medicine and worked as an interventional cardiologist in Illinois before moving to Los Angeles. He joined Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as a member of medical staff for an advanced interventional cardiology and structural heart disease fellowship which he completed in 2021 before joining Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center as a structural interventional cardiologist.

First time I saw dr Gazi...I've been a patient for 23 yrs....as a health practitioner myself I was very very impressed with dr Gazi's consultation...he exuded confidence and intelligence and answered ALL my questions and concerns....I give him a very high grade and I was glad to have met him ...

All good. Only issue was when had procedure at hospital before this visit, procedure started 1 1/2 hours late, after telling us it would be one hour earlier. The cause however was an emergency at another hospital which is understandable. Still a bit daunting and stressful. But Doc and hospital staff were great.

This was a new care provider for me. My usual care provider retired and Dr. Ghazi was assigned to me. I was surprised at how young he looked but I felt comfortable w/him and felt good w/telling him info and he explained health info to me as well.
