It was my first experience at this office. Took about 2 weeks to get in which in today's health care environment is pretty good. I did have to wait about 45 min. In the waiting area and remind the staff I was still there. After that it went pretty smoothly. A little rushed but I understand the Dr. Is very busy. He was informative.

I felt Dr. Panaich was very knowledgeable about my situation and the procedure necessary to remedy it. He explained the procedure clearly and was open to questions if I needed clarification.I also felt the care team staff were extremely friendly and helpful.We travel a ways to attend appointments at Swedish, and everyone tries to be accommodating because of this.

I found this MD to be abrupt, disrepsecteful, and did not welcome questions. He received one phone call and two texts during our appointment. I found him to be arrogant, and when a physician does not welcome questions, I tend to run the other way!
