Dr. Diken is a knowledgeable and caring doctor who takes the time to discuss everything thoroughly and answer every question clearly.

Well, the truth is that they treat me very well, especially my doctor clears me of all doubts, he is a good doctor, I give him a 10, they are all very kind.

My provider was great. He was very knowledgeable with my hi risk pregnancy and made me feel comfortable, safe, and understood.

Dr Diken was very professional during our emotional appointment and gave us detailed information even though it was hard to hear. He showed he cared about my well being and got me in to see him without a schedule appointment when we had an unexpected pregnancy loss.

The delivery of risk factors was pretty tactless. I think doctor could improve on bedside manner and delivery when talking about this information.

Dr. Dicken was phenomenal in bed side manners and very educated and helpful even though we were hearing discouraging news about our baby's well being. He was very thoughtful and caring in his response

Doctor Zaid answered my questions and explained my diagnosis and treatment clearly. I'm very happy with my experience during the visit.

The radiologist was nice and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Diken was thorough and closely explained the reason for the visit and explained the results of the x-rays and we came up with the best plan for me going forward.

So far, my providers have been excellent

The doctor was very knowledge in EDS relating to pregnancy, which Is very hard to come by in Tri-Cities. At the end of the appointment, he even asked if he explained everything clearly, which he did. I've not had a provider ask this before and I really appreciated it.

He was amazing and gave me all the information I needed about my miscarriage

Dr. Diken was very informative, gave me his recommendations and answered every question I had.

During my appt, I said to the ultrasound tech "can you imagine if all offices operated like this (Dr. Dikens)? Wouldn't that be amazing?" I genuinely can't think of anything they could have done better - best experience my husband and I have ever had at a dr's office.

Dr. Diken is a very respectable person. He makes appointments easy and take the time to explain properly so that you understand and don't feel the need to ask questions. He is wonderful with kids and also takes the time to get to know you as a person. It never felt robotic. His staff there is just as amazing, they remember who you are and are personable, friendly and provide care not just bc it's their job. But because they love what they do. Everyone there is amazing.
