About Douglas R. Barber
Dr. Douglas Barber primarily works at the High Risk Pregnancy clinic in Spokane, Washington, but provides clinical outreach to the region including the Tri-Cities and Moses Lake areas, as well as video consultations to patients in Oregon, upon referral.
