About Karlton T. Wong
Karlton Wong, MD, is a triple board-certified medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine specialist who practices at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center, in Burbank, California. He received his medical degree from USC Keck School of Medicine, before completing his Internal Medicine Residency at the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center. Afterwards, he completed his Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Dr. Wong provides quality, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care while utilizing state-of the art and evidence-based methods. While being thorough, honest, and caring, he also provides patients and their loved ones with confidence, understanding and dignity while facing these serious illnesses.

Dr Wong is excellent. Since my Pulmonary Embolism in 2024, I see him every 3 months and he is very Involved in my overall health care, even though I have a PCP and a gynocologist. I feel comfortable contacting the office if I have any questions or fears if I get a bruise or like recently when I needed to have oral surgery and had to follow a program to adjust my bloodthinners in advance. I appreciate the attention and the treatment of my condition in such a way that takes into account my total health, not just my hematology issue. So many doctors stay only in their silo- and don't seem to know how to deal with integrated treatment- "not my specialty". Dr. Wong sees the big picture.
