About Mitchell E. Gross
Dr. Gross is Director of Clinical Research at the Ellison Institute and Associate Professor of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. As a medical oncologist, his clinical activities are focused on improving the care of prostate cancer patients by incorporating the latest research findings and participating in therapeutic clinical trials if appropriate. In 2021, he was honored to be selected as a “Top Doctor” by Los Angeles Magazine.
Dr. Gross has earned degrees from the University of California, San Diego (B.A.), Baylor College of Medicine in Houston (M.D.), and the University of California, Los Angeles (Ph.D. Molecular Biology). He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the UCLA Center for the Health Sciences.
