I really don't have anything bad to say about the swedish oncology group from the lobby clerk up to the receptionist that checks you in and the receptionist that checks you out and Dr Files is wonderful to talk to

Dr. File is fantastic. She is smart, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable.she is easy to talk to and takes things I say into consideration. I feel confident in the things she tells me. I also feel like I can share any concerns with her. I really like and respect her. Grateful to be under her care. She's a dem.

Dr File is my oncologist. I see her every 6 months for breast cancer follow up. This visit she was behind and a bit rushed but she is always thorough and positive.

She always takes the time necessary to be sure I understand medications and procedures before proceeding with them and is aware of new medications that might be effective. If I have a concern that is out of her expertise, she is quick to refer me to someone in the hospital who can help. I am very fortunate to be in her care.

In the past month I have much information directed to me and have had a lot of tests set up. When I didn't arrive on time for one , the staff called me to check on me and assisted me in rescheduling quickly- all without judgement. Also when I needed to reschedule a PET/CT I was efficiently helped to make this happen. Even the folks checking me in for a blood draw helped me to understand a delay in my being called back in a timely manner. I have found the MDs responsive but their staff and assistants are pleasant, professional and helpful

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. File as my oncologist. Personable, great listener and always responds thoroughly and thoughtfully.

My provider Dr Danielle File is an excellent oncologist although my last visit it took a while for her to see me maybe they were busy that day. But my doctor is an excellent doctor and I want her to see me until that 5 years is done.
