Erin C. McBride, CNM

Clare McBride is a Certified Nurse-Midwife who provides comprehensive gynecologic, pregnancy, and wellness care across the lifespan. Before pursuing midwifery, she worked in pediatric critical care and later as a labor and delivery nurse while completing her doctoral midwifery training at Oregon Health & Science University. Her background in both pediatric and obstetric care informs her thoughtful, collaborative approach to patient care. Clare is passionate about reproductive health education and believes patients are best supported when they have clear information and feel empowered in decision-making. She cares for patients through a wide range of experiences, from preventive wellness and gynecologic concerns to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. She values building long-term relationships and helping patients navigate both the joys and challenges that can accompany reproductive health throughout life. Fluent in Spanish, Clare has also participated in global health work supporting care in resource-limited communities around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, music, dancing, vintage shopping, and spending time with her nieces.
