Excellent visit

My provider Mary was very caring and provided excellent patient care to me

Mary was extremely thorough, empathetic, and kind! I really appreciated her care as the first visit for pregnancy can be nerve wracking. I mostly appreciate her attention to detail!

I first met Mary in triage after a regular appointment where I was advised to get additional screening. She came in calm and provided a lot of reassurance that I was In good hands regardless of the outcome. I ended up meeting her again a fee days later for my follow up appointment and although we ran out of time during our regular appotnment becuase if rhe ultrasound & NST screening needing to happen right away, Mary took the time to come visit me during my NST appointment to answer additional questions and to ensure I left my appointment with all the questions answered and information I needed to feel confident going into my induction. I would also like to mention Mary came to visit me in post opt care room to say hi even though I was not on her visit schedule. It confirmed her care for me beyond just being another patient.

Scheduling was difficult. I called the office, chose the option for scheduling, it attempted to transfer me, then I was told the number was not in service. I couldn't reach anyone, so I had to go to the front desk in person to schedule the visit. Mary was wonderful. She made me feel seen, heard, understood, and validated regarding perimenopause symptoms that other members of my care team could not address.

Mary was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions clearly and with courtesy. For the IUD internal exam, she was very patient and gentle. Mary exceeded all my Expectations for the appointment

Dr MITTELL was very helpful and answered all of my concerns. She helped me order more test that I asked for. Was very delicate and explain all the process to make it more comfortable and less stressful.
