Mary Mitchell, CNM provided exemplary and compassionate care during a difficult time/appointment for me. She addressed all my concerns and made sure we had a plan to move forward that I understood. Thank you

No complaints. Very kind.

She was professional and warm in her approach. I appreciated the time she took to really explain whatever I need to know and to provide an ultrasound I was hoping to have at this appointment. I don't remember her doing this, but I think it's good for the provider, or someone along the process to verify that the insurance is covered for the visits just to make sure we're all in the know around that. I didn't ask directly, but wondered about it afterwards and wasn't sure if there would be an issue or not.

Very good

She anticipated my needs, asked questions, and thoughtfully provided options for next steps. I felt seen and cared for - no one else I've seen was so thoughtful about my care and explained the dynamics that come into play. I've been seen for recurring hormone related pain at multiple places and she was the first to help me identify a meaningful path forward.

Mary was compassionate and empathetic in her approach and discussion with me. This was my 3rd prenatal appointment at Swedish and I felt the most at ease and comfortable thanks to her approach. Though, and this is not related specifically to Mary, I wonder when I will stop being asked to relive and recount the most traumatic event in my life at these appointments.
