I'm amazed and grateful for Dr Chandler's continued dedication and patience with me as a patient and human being, he's seen me through many vicissitudes in my life and health, he and his team have been the most crucial part of my healthcare team, I'm flourishing because of his support, health is fragile and the care I receive keeps me going.

My appointments at Providence Integrative care are for acupuncture. Dr. Loch Chandler is the provider I usually see, because the treatments he gives me have the longest-lasting effect. He is not my regular medical doctor. He is extremely good at what he does, and has a wonderful manner with patients. All my dealings with Providence Integrative Care have been superlative. I cannot say enough good things about my visits to Providence Integrative Medicine. The staff at the front desk are all great, and have been very helpful when I have had to reschedule appointments. Dr. Loch Chandler is doing the acupuncture, and the results of his work lasts for several days, giving me the most relief I have had, even when I tried massage and chiropractic. I've had quite a variety of care provider's, and so each experience is a little different, but all experiences were pretty good. Receptionists have always been very pleasant and helpful.Depending on the provider, the wait time can be months. If you are looking for a new type of provider, it can be difficult to set up an appointment. Also, I would much prefer being able to schedule appointments with a new provider online, but you need to call, which can be difficult if you work full time.

I've had 3 different doctors at this office, and they each treated me with respect and kindness. I felt they were all concerned with helping me get better. Acupuncture is new to me but they have all made it a great and relaxing experience. The checkin staff are also wonderful.

Dr. Loch is always very warm and caring. I appreciate how informative he is about his process and how that can be utilized outside of the appointment space to benefit my health and healing.
