About Mandy R. Lee
Mandy Lee is a dedicated neonatal nurse practitioner with extensive experience in in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She began her nursing career in 2005 after earning her Registered Nurse degree from Covenant School of Nursing. Following her passion for neonatal care, she worked as a Neonatal Nurse at Covenant Children's Hospital from 2005-2017, where she honed her skills in providing compassion and high-quality care to critically ill newborns. In 2013 Mandy furthered her education by obtaining her bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University. This foundational education equipped her with the knowledge and necessary to excel in her nursing practice. Driven by a desire to expand her expertise, she pursued her Master's degree and Nurse Practitioner certificate at the University of Connecticut in 2017. As a neonatal nurse practitioner Mandy is committed to providing comprehensive care to newborns and their families, advocating for their needs and ensuring the best possible outcomes. Her dedication to lifelong learning and professional development allow her to stay current with the latest advancement in neonatal medicine. With a career spanning nearly two decades in the NICU, Mandy had developed a deep understanding of the complexities of neonatal care and remains passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of her patients and their families.
