Honestly, I believe I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment but I don't know. What I do know is that Dr. Chen takes the appropriate time with the patient so if she were to run late and I would seen late I would be totally okay with that because scheduling is a system problem, not a Dr. Chen problem. She is amazing and helps me a great deal. I'm very thankful for her.

She answers all of my questions, reviews all of my labs with me, follows up with me and prescribes me all of my life sustaining medication as needed. It is very easy to contact her office in case of urgent medical needs and the staff at the office are top notch. Never had a single issue and I am honored to have Dr. Chen as part of my health care team. No exaggeration she helped me exceed the health goals set by my transplant center and continues to help me maintain and continue to surpass them. I am forever grateful for the multiple times Dr. Chen has saved my life. 11/10 would recommend to anybody in Orange County who needs Nephrology services.
