Dr Chen has always been great, explaining details of treatment of kidneys & emerging concerns. I had a problem with phones & messages a few months back with male staff member but all other staff very good.

Dr May Chen is a delight. I enjoy my visits with her.

She is clear in explaining things and she knows her area of service. She is very helpful .

Dr. Chen takes the time to regularly check on her patients, review blood work and other tests and offer support for ongoing health issues.

Honestly, I believe I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment but I don't know. What I do know is that Dr. Chen takes the appropriate time with the patient so if she were to run late and I would seen late I would be totally okay with that because scheduling is a system problem, not a Dr. Chen problem. She is amazing and helps me a great deal. I'm very thankful for her.
