This was the second appointment I had with this doctor about my kidneys. My first appointment was scheduled while I was in the hospital November 2024. This appointment was scheduled when I finish my last appointment. This time the doctor was more pleasant to talk with than the first time I met with him. I like to get the after visit summaries at the end of each visit so I can go back to get information as needed.

He wased some concerns I had. This was a most satisfying first visit. Will follow up after first of the year

Dr. Khawandi is always careful to tailor his suggestions and prescriptions to fit other chronic conditions in addition to chronic kidney disease. He does not have "tunnel vision" like some specialists. I appreciate that quality.
