Chelane has been my care provider for the last few years. She is thorough, follows up with me when needed and provides great care. She is very professional and I have always had a great experience with her care. The whole Nephrology team does an excellent job. They send out reminders about getting labs done prior to my regularly scheduled visits - it's always a good experience and I'm thankful for the care they provide.

I was impressed with the fact that Chelane Fackenthall was able to discuss my particular case with detailed knowledge of my history, was willing to listen to my concerns, offered options and was reasonable about setting future options. She was also extremely patient and kind which is not always easy because I tend to be very detail-oriented and will discuss my concerns until I understand exact details and nuances of what we are discussing.
