Richa S. Singh, MD

Dr. Richa Singh attended medical school at the American University of Antigua and later completed her residency training in Adult Neurology at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. During her early years of medical school, observing patients in a resource-limited setting sparked her interest in clinical medicine. Seeing the impact of poorly controlled chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, reinforced her belief that education is power and how effective communication is fundamental to patient care. She later pursued fellowship training in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Singh was drawn to Multiple Sclerosis because it is one of the few fields in neurology where timely diagnosis and treatment can truly change the trajectory of a patient's disease. She believes that caring for patients with neuroimmunologic diseases extends beyond diagnosis and disease-modifying therapy. By focusing on mobility and cognitive changes over time, rehabilitation and access to wellness resources remain central to long-term care.
