Excellent care and analysis of my situation physically!

He was kind, thorough, and covered all the questions I was referred by my neurosurgeon for questions regarding my meds and the usage of them fir a certain diagnosis.

Dr. Frank and his office staff went well above and beyond our expectations. We are not accustomed to receiving this level of care. Not in the area in which we live anyway. We drove well over 2 hours to come to his office, and would do it again in a heartbeat. I so appreciate being treated like a person, and not just another number. The level of attentiveness he showed, was very admirable. I truly feel like he cares about me and my family, and our newly discovered medical condition. Nothing but praise and love for Dr. Frank.

Good concise visit

It took a long time to get an appointment. I was scheduled for March, but there was a cancelation and I got in in January. Dr. Frank listened, but didn't have a clue what is wrong with me. He ordered tests which is a good start to figuring it out

Dr. Frank took time and listened carefully to my concerns. Not only was he interested in me as a patient, but also as a human being. He demonstrated interest, kindness, and an intuitive understanding of my neuropathy as well as my migraine headaches. He did the most thorough neurologic evaluation I have ever had from a neurologist, and I have seen at least 4 others over the years. (Two of these left the area, and the other two were just not very good so I changed doctors.) Dr. Frank is that rare combination of enthusiasm, curiosity, compassion and knowledge, a winning combination for any physician to strive for.

This dr was good. Very professional, no nonsense kind of a man. I wanted to know exactly what the issue was, he told me the it would be in my chart!

It was a follow up to a procedure that was done. All went well. He just seemed rushed.

I had seen one prior neurologist from a different medical group. I had more questions than answers when I left that office. Dr Frank on the other hand provided me with the information needed to understand how my symptoms were or were not related to any neurological issue or disease. I would recommend him to my friends or acquaintances as a doctor to see for any neurological issues that they might have.
