Dr Slater is a very good doctor I am very pleased with her she's the best

Poor "beside manner." Shows little empathy or compassion for patient fears/concerns.

She is one of my favorite doctors. Very thorough, listens to my concerns and gives good advice.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, respectful, and very interested in helping me. She completed a thorough assessment, took accurate notes, and quickly but meticulously reviewed my medical history. She even followed up immediately with an outside physician to seek clarification on a diagnostic study with contradictory notes. Dr. Schlatter changed my life!! I have been struggling with a leg problem for over 25 years and have tried everything with no relief. The last time I saw her, she asked me to please give restless leg medicine, one more chance because she really had a feeling that that was what was going on with me, even though it was only one leg, and the medicine had not helped in the past, she encouraged me to give it one more try with a slightly higher dose and it worked. I am beyond grateful. She has 100% changed my life!! I could've easily never found the solution because of trying medications in the past for restless leg. I was sure that wasn't my issue. So thankful!

Would also be helpful to get mor specialty care providers in this providers specialty. The phone system does have its issues. The portal is better & this provider gets a response back to me in a timely manner via the portal.
