Seemingly, for a chronic condition (neuropathy), the visit seemed "routine' & a bit brief...

She is a NP with excellent communication skills and very well-informed about Parkinson's.. I've been very pleased with the two times she has been my caregiver and woulf welcome any opportunity to again receive her care

She is a very good listener and explains referrals well

She Cared Answered all the questions I had clearly. Understands my current and past health with a plan to improve it .

Wonderful and attentive

This provider is a neurologist office. The particular person I saw was a PA for a botox procedure for migraine headaches and the first time I received the procedure at this office by this person. It is extremely difficult to judge. But, everything went well for the first time with a new person.

The provider I saw (Selama, I think) was EXCELLENT! She stayed on subject, asked great questions, listened attentively, and even did some simple physical tests! I've been to this office many times and never had any tests of strength, etc. The tests, and her manner were very reassuring.

The provider fully understood the issues associated with my PMR and provided useful help in dealing with the side effects of the steroid that I'm taking.

Very friendly

The services have always been excellent. However, due to chronic migraines, I have botox treatment scheduled once every 3 months and in December 2024 there was an issue. With very short notice, they called to inform me that, due to overbooking, they would need to reschedule my appointment. On the only rescheduled date they provided, I was going to be out of state which caused the appointment to be pushed forward by a month or more. Having the appointment pushed forward that much caused the effect of the botox to wear off and I experienced a significant spike In migraines during the end of December and month of January. Despite this inconvenience, I do want to reiterate that my care has always been exceptional and every person who works there does an impeccable job. I am extremely grateful for the services that they provide and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
