She listened intently to my concerns, answered all my questions and guided me through next steps and things to expect going forward. I truly felt like she was on my team and my health was a top priority for her.

She has been extremely good in terms of what I expected and have received for care. She has definitely listened to me and helped me progress a bit more with my seemingly uncontrollable seizures. I've felt or known for a long time that I would never have the luxury of not worrying about seizures and at this point essentially thought there wasn't much more that can be done besides monitor and keep provider up to date but here we are a few months in and she has already helped by prescribing the medication depakote. It hasn't necessarily lowered the amount of seizures I have but it has made them much more recoverable and potentially made them shorter seizures on average. She has definitely listened to what I've said and seems to understand what I'm expecting for all of this and has been a wonderful experience so far. The front office has been amazing as well as I've seen before when that gets lower quality level can be very much an issue.
