Good as they come

Dr. Decker is wonderful. We are so sad that she is moving and will no longer be providing care here! We have zero complaints regarding our provider or the clinic staff. Our only concern is that with Dr. Decker leaving, we will not be able to get in to another neurologist for 9 months. I understand that options are limited with so few providers in this subspecialty area, but I wish there was a more robust plan for patient care during this time of transition.

Dr. Decker listened to everything I had to say. She also did a full examination which is something I have not had in the past. She was excellent!

This was my first visit with this provider, which is why she did not have my medical history. I tried to get a PCP accepting new patients with Providence in 2023 but my need to reschedule an appointment, then a computer glitch that canceled my appointment after nine months forced me to go to One Medical for primary care. I hope to get a PCP at Providence but I cannot get an appointment before December. I do appreciate Dr. Secker's time to discuss my neurological needs.

The doctor listened well, asked appropriate questions and gave clear guidance.

I was very impressed by the ability of Dr. Decker to communicate with me and my family.

Dr Decker offered a couple of different options for the health problems. I'm having. When I said I needed to do some research and think about it, she was very obliging and told me just to call or send her a message through my chart when I had made up my mind.

This was a first time visit to establish care with Dr. Decker, I was very happy with the visit

Great that file sharing in mychart actually worked. Great visit overall.

Just the experience of going to see the Doctor was wonderful

Before I left l said:"I am impressed by your knowledge and the way you conducted my visit.

The provider was good, up to date on current practices for my condition. The only downside was a very long wait to get an appointment as a new patient.

Dr Decker was intelligent, informative and downright delightful! She explained my newly diagnosed condition in a way that was easy to understand. She discussed follow-up and seemi to care very much that I understood about my condition.

The meeting was clear and wel known when left. When we left it was clear what was planned and dates on the future were known. We have had no bad experiences to date.

Dr. Decker is very friendly and personable. I got the feeling at both of my visits that she genuinely cared about me and my well-being. She did not act rushed, but answered my questions well and asked if I had additional ones. She ordered 2 blood tests for me to check for underlying reasons for some symptoms I've been having.

Dr Decker is excellent. She read my history prior to my medical visit. Thorough answers to questions. Worked together on my goals. I felt trusted in her hands.

Jessica was intelligent, engaged and seemed to be actively trying her absolute best to help me understand my situation and options.

Excellent provider. Grateful to have her as my neurologist. She is very thorough and compassionate. She listens and is respectful of my questions and input. She respectfully engages me in my treatment plan for which I am very appreciative.

Dr decker was excellent! She listened to my concerns about seizurelike episodes and was incredibly kind ans patient. I feel like she took me seriously instead of dismissing it like other providers had in the past. She ordered tests that other providers hadnt bothered, bc other docs had dismissed it as anxiety. When I had an episode in her office she provided excellent care and comfort first aid like one is supposed to do after a seizure like episode. I feel like im finally gonna get to the bottom of this neurological mystery with dr deckers help.

Dr.Decker has a wonderful bedside manner.I could sense the love and compassion she has for her patients and she explained things to make them more understandable than most physicians and we truly appreciate that and all of her patients and understanding She also had a trainee with her who was very helpful and supportive. Dr. Decker was thorough and helpful and was aware of my condition and what to do for it. She gave me all the options and I'm still trying to decide if I need any of them.

The provider was amazing, listened to my concerns and made numerous follow up referrals to complete to make sure my health concerns were addressed. She was extremely thorough.

It's nice that she has a real interest in my wellbeing. Empathy in this case goes a long way.

All my experiences with my providers has been excellent.

I was very satisfied with the service Dr. Dekker gave me. Haven't done Lab or Mri yet. Will after holiday. Can't do community program. Sleep apnea brain. Burned out on computers in early 80's. Very limited. Don't do portals are similar programs. Looking forward to working with Dr. Dekker to hopefully find out why I am losing control of my limbs.

This is for the neurologist doctor Jessica Decker. I had a very good experience with doctor Decker. She's attentive, paid attention of what my answers to her questions, and what I said! Spent the full hour of my appointment time, unlike other doctors to hurry and rush me out as quick as they can!I felt connect and comfortable with doctor Decker. We had fun while she gave the tests for my brain and my memory. After all doctor Decker is a good doctor. If I had not had a pretty big emergency situation, I would be waiting for many weeks to be seen. The provider was fantastic, it was the long wait to see her that was going to be the problem. My emergency fixed the long wait time though.
