It was a Clinician Clinic it was the best thing I've ever been through every doctor every PTOT dietitian everybody everybody that attended, and since then they have continued to make me part of their community I think them so much

For a second time, Dr. Olney gave me extended times with him to give me complete coverage of the material.

The doctor gave us good information (a book), took time to explain what he was going to do and what our family should consider doing in the near future. The doctor took more than the regular time allotted to us to make sure we understood the diagnosis and answer our questions and concerns.

It was hard to answer some questions because I see Dr. Olny once a year to track brain changes related to memory issues. He's great, on-top of the situation, encouraging. He gives test results in a clear and understandable way. He's well informed about my pertinent medical history.

The doctor and staff were very nice and treated me with respect, the interpreter was very good.

We appreciate that our doctor asks both of us to join the video visit and the office visit. Our doctor is easy to connect with and offers to take phone calls as needed. We feel cared for.

Dr. Olney was excellent in explaining my condition . He took the time to fully explain my condition and provided guidance on next steps. His comments were understandable. Excellent visit. (Except for the seriousness of my condition)

RE: Dr Olney...he is fantastic! He listened, questioned, and provided straightforward answers to my questions. He did not really coat my condition--dementia. He fully explained why he scored my cognitive test how he did. I did not feel he was hiding information from me. He is a very kind doctor who spent 1.5 hours with me. That was most appreciated.Unfortunately he was booked a year out when I first scheduled an appointment, but then there was a cancellation within a month of my first appointment and I was glad to see him sooner. Can we clone him!?

Top notch. Great office. I have 4 children with various complex heart diseases. I know good medicine when I see it. I know a good doctor when I speak with them. I know a good practice when I experience it. Believe me when I say the entire office is a smooth working machine. Not only are the clinicians exceptional, they have found key people and created a very well oiled machine. When you have a horrible diagnosis the entire operation makes it easier to go in. Please send my gratitude to all members of the staff.

Dr. Olney is always amazing; he consistently demonstrates how much he cares about me as a person, not just a patient; he always listens to everything I have to say and addresses even those concerns which are not his field, offering suggestions for where to go for more care when needed.
