Dr Lupu was very thoughtful, competent, respectful and I felt like I was getting the best possible care.

This was our first time seeing this provider. We were there for Parkinson's diagnosis. The provider was perfectly fine and there are no complaints.

My care provider has been very helpful and very caring. He saw my medical condition at this time and urgently requested an EMU. This care provider also even messaged me himself on MyChart and was very polite, including saying "thank you so much", when he is the one helping me. I am very appreciative.

Doctor Lupu gives VERY thorough exams, and describes what is being tested and why during the exam. He told me he would put in a referral to a different specialist, and I got a call from that doctor's office the very next day.

My care provider is caring and very understanding on my health needs.

My son's primary provider made an emergent referral to a specialist (neurologist). When I contacted your office to make an appointment I was told that a specialist would be willing to see my after he had had a medication review and that the doctor did not feel the referral contained Info Indicating referral was for emergent neurological issues. I was then told a neurologist appointment would not be until July 2026. After speaking with a care coordinator/receptionist she further reviewed the referral from my son's primary physician and immediately realized that pertinent information was indeed included in the original referral. She also listened to my updated information/concerns regarding my son's issues. I was informed that she would ask another doctor to review the referral and would return my call with a decision. I was contacted the next business day and an appointment was scheduled for approximately three weeks later. I am grateful for the immediate follow-up and subsequent timely appointment. Dr. Lupu treated my son, who is intellectually disabled, with kindness, compassion and respect. He listened to my concerns and made immediate referrals for further testing. I am appreciative of this follow-up and follow through.

I received more information about my condition from Dr Lupu than any other doctor. EVER!!!

Because I was not getting good results with the medications I have tried for my condition, I wanted to get his input about non-medication options. He patiently listed and described 6 non-medication options, their pros and cons, and his experience with them if he had any. At the end, he recommended one for me as well as recommending a medication option I had not tried yet if I decided to go that route again.I felt he really cared about me and what I was going through. I would readily recommend him to others.

I receive the best care from Dr. Lupu. He has made a big difference in my quality of life.

Actually making a appt was bit challenging. I was not contacted once a referral was generated snd had difficulty finding facility that could perform the nerve study in reasonable timeframe. Dr. Lupe was great. He explained the process thoroughly and very patiently walked me through every step. Very easy to talk with.

Dr Lupu is very thorough in my examinations and doesn't hesitate for me to be able to ask questions concerning my health or medication's. His bedside manner is extremely well. I feel safe under his care. He seems to be concerned for my health and has offered tests and bloodwork to follow up with problems.
