This doctor and the staff were on point. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they all made me feel at ease. I have referred others.

I have had two experiences with Dr. Li. I felt he just blew me off in each visit. Maybe it's my issue but he is doesn't give me any encouragement or guidance as I would expect from a physician.

Everyone was very kind and caring. In fact I felt valued and heard more than I've ever felt at any provider before. We were just a little late for our appointment due to getting a little lost being our first time here, and the staff didn't say a word about it and we were seen right away. We would have been told we'd have to reschedule anywhere else. I just really appreciated this and it alleviated some stress which helped me to focus on the appointment and what I needed to discuss with the provider. It's the little things that make a huge difference in a positive way sometimes.

He came in the room very quickly after nurse left. He is friendly and used our first names. I appreciate his helping me with my health issue. He listened to me and answered my questions. He set up my prescription.

This was a followup checkup and merely touched base, checked vitals etc. Not really into details at all. Very nice fellow.

There are other symptoms I wish I had brought up during the appointment. I kept thinking we would get there, that they should have been in the referral, but we never got to that. I will definitely bring these issues up at my follow up appointment. Dr. Li Is extremely well educated about his field and able to explain easily what needed to be discussed. I'm happy with the care he provided.I'm really happy with with all of the care I have received through Providence. Every member of support staff, every technician, every doctor has not only been incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but wonderfully kind and helpful. I have a complicated health history and it has been such a good experience every time I see a Providence provider. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. Li is not my PCP. I was referred to him after an ER doc did an MRI due to a failed vision test and I was told I possibly had an acute stroke several years ago. I was very happy to talk with Dr. Li. This was my 2nd visit with him. He set my mind at ease and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist.

My personal care provider has excellent verbal skills. He defines issues clearly and in a manner that is easy to understand.

The Doctor was really formative & knowledgeable & assured that I understood what was being said.

He was versed in my chart. He asked me questions. And DrLi answered my questions slowly and easily. I am Very hard of hearing. Dr Li worked with it to be sure I heard and understood.
