My provider and the female clerk were very polite, empathetic and understanding.

I had been struggling for months with my symptoms and this provider seemed to struggle to be able to understand the timeline I provided and jump to assumptions. That would have been okay and correctable but the hardest part was the lack of compassion and concern for what I was dealing with and tendency to misread symptoms. Honestly got more empathy from my AI that I consulted with after doctor had freaked me out with several other possible diagnoses that seemed easy to rule out based on the information I tried to provide her. In the end she was patient in hearing my questions, but I had to work hard to get her listen and understand.

Dr Resvanian is always very through, respectful and personable. I am very lucky to have her.

Don't feel the Dr and her team listened to my concerns related to drug reaction and did not take me seriously. Dr said she's "concerned about my low blood pressure" and that I need to show "consistently health BP rate" but gave no guidance when I asked how are we to do this? I offered to come to the officer every day for a quick BP check but was told no. I ended up buying a home bp monitor. I'm currently unemployed and said I didn't want to incur the expense but it didn't' seem like anyone cared - they ignored me.

She provided thoughtful and insightful information and guidance.

I receive excellent health care from PMC.

My provider was honestly fantastic at explaining the results, going over everything and what I should do, and helping me understand the ER staff were dishonest with their diagnosis. She has always been polite and straightforward, and couldn't ask for a better Neurologist.

She reviewed all the tests x-rays etc from the hospital records with us Including medication Very professional Specialist. We are well pleased

I am the husband and caregiver of the patient, and I accompanied her during the session. The doctor answered all of our questions in a manner that we both could understand. She provided my wife a list of activities that are proven to be helpful for her condition. She was very friendly and understanding.

When I made an appointment with Dr. Rezvanian, nothing was available for more than 6 weeks. However, an appointment became available sooner, and I was able to take that one. Dr. Rezvanian did an excellent job of reviewing my medical experiences with me. She used my neurological images to explain my condition in detail in a way that was easy to understand, and she answered my questions fully. At the end of our appointment, I had a much clearer understanding of my brain health and of what I need to do to support it.

This was a referral to a specialist. I found the office convenient, with adequate parking. The staff was friendly but efficient, and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Rezvanian. We had a real conversation about an incident two years ago and I found her to have done her homework on my medical history, but also willing to listen to me on the subject. A+

My Dr went over everything that was available and ordered followup testing to be done after my heart monitor has been removed.
