Dr. Keung listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was thorough, efficient, kind, curious, and provided clear explanations. She described my future treatment plan, what to watch for, and explained my prescription. I highly recommend Dr. Keung.

Bonnie has been watching my eyes after an incident in 2022. She has been wonderful to work with. Very open and honest. Will see her once a year for awhile

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Keung as my neuro ophthalmologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, exceptionally thorough and very patient and caring. She provides excellent information in ways that I can understand. I have a rare autoimmune condition that has permanently taken the sight in one of my eyes. Being under Dr. Keung's care since the beginning of this unfortunate event has provided me a great deal of comfort and confidence that I have an exceptional medical professional who sincerely has my best interests at heart.

I was very impressed with Dr. Keung. She was extremely thorough looking at my records, asking me questions, trouble shooting, and coming up with a plan that would explain what's going on with me or, do just enough research to determine that it's okay to put it on hold right now.

I was dropped on this doctor by a physical I had that left the practice. The previous dr seemed more involved and seems to care about me as a patient. More thorough. This doctor is abrupt and I feel she would rather I go someplace else.

She spends great deal of time assessing the problem that is a result of a stroke. She is very well-informed and gave me instructions about trying glasses with prisms. She followed up after the appointment to see if the other specialist was successful, which was NOT the case, and she encouraged me to return to that doctor to see if it could be "corrected".

Dr.Keung is thorough and ensured she had background information about my issues by requesting records from other physicians, including those not part of Swedish. She reviewed those clinical notes to have a complete understanding of those facts and opinions prior to meeting with me. She listened to my concerns and advised how I can continue to manage my symptoms. It is difficult going through life with my vision and the constant nausea and dizziness. Most people can't even begin to understand what I see, but I know she understands having worked with patients with similar issues after stroke, etc. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of her team as well.

This was a one time appointment for a specialty problem with vision or memory loss due to eye issues the doctor spent a long time with my husband and checked him completely in regards to his eyes and memory loss she did order some lab work and a mri I felt very comfortable with her and was impressed with her she was great
