I found Emma Dotson to be an excellent presenter for adult learners (and probably children too)! She is clear in both the content and the actual delivery. I loved (!) the experiential meditation and am pleased we will be introduced to other meditation practices in future sessions. Perhaps some meditations from other cultures! I thought the session was a bit short. Frankly, It ended too soon. Of course, I understand resources needed to create, plan, produce and hold these sessions are no small matter. It would be nice to learn what this program's actual title is; or perhaps it is a way to tickle our minds as to the many ways healthy aging can be viewed. I hope that we (the whole group) want to collaborate on building community with each other. This is a journey and I hope to know and interact more with my program colleagues. I myself, an introvert, am no longer surprised when I reach out to a stranger find something intriguing in this person. I would hope that the sessions could be scheduled closer In time. Bad experiences? Other than my computer issues, there were nothing bad. Susan
