I was very pleased with my appointment at St. Luke's for nerve testing. I was able to get an appointment within the same week my referral was processed. Both the resident Dr. And Attending physician took their time with me and explained everything that they were doing to me. I never felt that they were trying to rush my appointment.

I saw multiple therapists as well as Dr Carpenter the first year after my TBI and feel without them I would not have regained my independence!

There was a resident or intern doctor that was also doing some of the initial testing. He was very informative and professional doing the testing.

This provider was outstanding. There was a resident (I think he was a resident) who worked with the provider and he was very good. I was impressed by him too. The woman who checked me in was also very good. My whole experience was just top notch.

DR. CARPENTER He was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I wish meds were not always the solution to problems but that probably goes along with healing from Brain Surgery.

Dr. Carpenter and the other medical staff did a good job answering my questions and concerns. Very thorough.

Doctor Carpenter was very professional and he was very kind for an uncomfortable situation. I appreciate his time. The answers to the questions have more to do with the type of service than the doctor. He took my jokes like a champ. It is always awkward being half naked with a stranger and having them give you little shocks and not even being on a first name basis.

My provider Benjamin was attentive during my visit, taking notes on past surgery procedures & noting my new concerns. He was great, both visits. Had a nerve study on my hip back in July & another one on my arms last week.

I did not see my regular Clincian so This doctor did what was supposed to do

Every single person I interacted with during my visit were all compassionate, caring, understanding, kind, sympathetic, and just Wonderful in every way and that was probably the first time in many years when I felt like the entire team truly cared about me and treated me the same as everyone other patient is treated and I wished I could get all my healthcare needs by Dr Carpenter and his team from now on.
