Good experience

Overall, Jon is an excellent medical provider. That said, he needs to be reminded that he's dealing with Parkinson's patients - pause and don't cut off patients who are grasping to find the appropriate word or phrase

This provider was a nurse practitioner. We didn't know he would do most of the visit and we hardly wouldn't see the neurologist.,looks like our follow up next time is with him not the neurologist.

I always have an opportunity to discuss all my questions and concerns. I never feel hurries along and the answers are clear and informative.

Johnathan is THE BEST provider I have ever encountered. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I just hate that he is moving on to another clinic.

Finley really listen to me and understood my concerns with being sick three times in a month with a cold after having the Flu and Covid vaccines. He's great at what he does.

Jonathan is exceptional at listening and thoughtfully answering questions/concerns. He is always aware of other physicians that I see; he is willing to refer me to other specialists for issues I may be experiencing. Jonathan is a wonderful member of the Providence health team.

Jonathan is exceptional! He goes beyond to give his patients information about their health conditions. I NEVER felt I'm in a rush. I get in his room pretty fastno waiting time! He always listens to all of what I had to say/explain to me. He's such a good listener! I wish him well!

Jonathan Finley has been so caring and supportive with my healthcare. Thoroughly impressed by is bedside manner and is very easy to talk to on any concerns I may have with my healthcare. I leave feeling motivated to eat well, and exercise to help me live longer and that's necessary to enjoy my quality of life!

The providers, nurses and office staff are extremely courteous and I do not feel rushed by any of the above staff
