My PA was kind and spend time explaining everything he was doing. He listened to how my recovery was going and made thoughtful suggestions. The removal of my staples was pain-free.

Matthew Nguyen did a good job in removing my staples. However, the freezing spray, ethyl chloride, was clogged and did not give a direct, steady stream. It only sputtered and gave a stream in an unknown direction. I highly recommend you get new equipment and sprays to carry out the medical procedures. The reason was that some of my staples were embedded and the spray helped alleviate the pain as Matthew was removing the staples with the staple remover. Other than that, he did a great job of removing my staples and checking in on me. He fulfilled my expectations of going to this visit, which was an efficient removal of my staples and cleaning the wound afterward. He did a good job.

Matthew was very friendly and very easy to talk to about the surgery I had. He was very gentle when removing staples from the still sore area on my head.
