Doctor Mathew is great!!

I'm so grateful for Matthew and the exceptional care he provided during my mother's doctor's appointment. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. It's not easy coordinating everything for an elderly patient, but Matthew made it look effortless-he stayed by her side, made sure she was comfortable, and kept everything organized. His compassion and professionalism truly stood out, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Thank you, Matthew, for going above and beyond. We deeply appreciate you!

Matthew Nguyen did a good job in removing my staples. However, the freezing spray, ethyl chloride, was clogged and did not give a direct, steady stream. It only sputtered and gave a stream in an unknown direction. I highly recommend you get new equipment and sprays to carry out the medical procedures. The reason was that some of my staples were embedded and the spray helped alleviate the pain as Matthew was removing the staples with the staple remover. Other than that, he did a great job of removing my staples and checking in on me. He fulfilled my expectations of going to this visit, which was an efficient removal of my staples and cleaning the wound afterward. He did a good job.

Matthew was very friendly and very easy to talk to about the surgery I had. He was very gentle when removing staples from the still sore area on my head. Matthew asked questions about my recovery and answered all of my husband's and my questions, spending as much time as we needed with him we never feel rused in this office.

I took my dad who is [Date of Birth] to see Mr. Matthew Ng, PA-C for a post hospital annual follow up. The parking and the entry into the building and the suite were easy. The office staff was friendly and they did the check in pretty quick. We waited in the room around 15 minutes which was not bad. Staff came in to notify us that Mr. Ng is on his way and they Checked if dad needed water which I appreciated very much. Shortly after Mr. Ng came in and he was pleasant, and his attitude towards my dad was supportive, understanding and caring. He reviewed the history, hospital stay and examined my dad. My dad was able to follow the instructions which Mr. Ng appreciated and showed his excitement. He discussed the plan with us and made sure we are on the same page and he set up follow ups which I appreciated even more. He was so attentive to my dad and when my dad thanked him in a soft voice, he replied back you are welcome and smiled. All of this shows how attentive he was. At the check out, staff again explained the plan.
