My original scheduled appointment with Dr. Noblett was cancelled four times in two days I think he may have been ill though The PA (Michael Medina) did a super job of squeezing me into his schedule after the cancellations and explained everything perfectly !! I was very impressed with his knowledge base about my condition .. And now I have a plan to follow together with Dr. Zepeda I'm very happy with Michael's analysis of my MRI data !!!My only complaint was the last minute cancellations with the neurosurgeon but I understand ![Name(s)][Phone #]

The visit was for a post op assessment on outcome of surgery. The entire experience was top quality, everyone in the neurosurgery department exhibited professionalism at all times.

Good, surgery

This was my first time seeing PA Medina. He was nice and he showed me and my daughters the MRI images and explained the severity of my condition and how he can see it can be a pinched nerve based on my symptoms and knowing I've had a previous pinched nerve on my left leg and Dr. Noblett did surgery which helped me quite a bit. He then asked me to walk and he saw how my mobility is severely affected by my right leg pain and he said he was going to submit an "Urgent" order for me to see Dr. Zepeda for an epidural injection which should help me with my painhe left the office and we were expecting he would come back to say the "Urgent" order/referral had been submitted but instead the nurse came in and handed us the referral order and asked us to call and make an appt. I think it would have been nice for him to at least tell us the visit was over and he would have his nurse come in with the referral information. So in short, he left us waiting for him. And I am starting to notice this more and more for doctors in the group and I don't like it that's why I was glad this survey was sent to me so I can express my sincere feelings/concerns. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments - for whatever is worth. Have a nice day. Side note: I called to make the "Urgent" appt. With Pain Management and was told the soonest I can get in is November 6th - And I am left dealing with severe pain in the meantime. Very disappointing to say the least. I am already taking prescribed pain medication but it is not doing much for me unfortunately.

This was my first visit with PA Michael Medina..he was very knowledgeable and patient...he answered all of my questions and suggested ways to make my recovery from spinal surgery easier.

Micheal Medina has provided such compassionate and professional care. I feel that he genuinely cares about my well-being after my recent surgery. Dr Noblett's entire office treats patients with kindness and respect. I feel so blessed to be cared for by such a wonderful team!

I sat down with the physical therapist, and I gave my symptoms. He gave me a sheet with exercises to perform. His instructions were to exercise till I got exhausted needles to say I did not follow up with him
