Everything was very good.

Saw care provider quickly, listened to problems I was experiencing and the what brought me to clinic. My questions were answered about tests that could be used to discover more indepth reasons for pain, If the treatment was not successful. Referral to another doctor for pain management treatment. I liked and respected this care provider and would see her again.

Everyone that I have dealt with at your facility treated me with respect and dignity. I am pleased with the results of the operation and hope to continue improving through my physical therapy process. Thank you very much.

I reached out to Ingrid for consult on a specific issue that could have been attributed to my spine, or other neurological issues, she pulled up my scans explained why it was unlikely to be sourced to spine and she ordered nerve conduction with a colleague to further investigate the issue

I don't recommend providers lightly to friends and family but, based on my experience over the last three years, I have - and continue to - recommend this team to everyone I meet with spinal issues like mine. I cannot state how happy I am with the care I receive from this team!

Provider made me feel rushed, didn't even examine me though on my chart it says she did one. She didn't really listen or seem concerned for what I was going through. It felt very scripted and really don't want to go back to them. Was very cold feeling.

They have all been very good, so far.

Provider listened and was receptive to my latest concerns about pain management

She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

The PA that saw me for this urgent need was very thorough, Knowledgeable and gave credibility to the pain I am experiencing. I was not given direction on any type of stretching or therapy that might benefit my spinal condition. MRI and xrays were ordered and I am now awaiting this provider to call to give me the results and discuss options.

Ingrid quickly got to the diagnostic source of my problem and concurred with me on a treatment plan. Of all the providers I have visited with this issue, her focus, understanding, explanation and treatment plan were the best I've had. Good going, Ingrid!
