Your on call help is no help at all. The doctor kept telling me it wasn't her job to do anything other than let me tell her my problem. I am a patient and in need of care otherwise I wouldn't have been calling. There should me a way to contact MY PCP in off hours. There was no compassion. No care. No true listening. The care was woefully inadequate and is making me rethink about the care I receive from this organization.

The doctor ruled out autoimmune issues but did not really give me a chance to discuss my wide spread joint pain. She was very kind, though and said she could see me 8n the future if I needed more advice. I appreciated that as I was a bit at a loss for words during our appt.

Dr. Stone is amazing. I'm so grateful she was able to see me as a new patient with an acute change in what was a chronic condition. I felt, Truly heard and I'm confident I am in good hands.

I have a chronic back condition that was finally explained to me. I really appreciated that.

She was very professional and understood what I have been going through with my Workmen's Comp. situation and how frustrated I am that I'm not getting the treatment as fast as I need. I've been in pain for the last nine months and she seemed to understand that and was not happy with the way they were running things. She was very understanding.
