Dr.Choi took an amazing amount of time explaining my options and the outcome of each. We reached a decision together. He explained the plan going forward and treated me with great respect. I trust him completely with my surgery.

Dr throughly examined me and reviewed my history. Went through X-rays, potential solutions from both spectrums and came up with a none evasive plan to start me on.

My doctor is including me in options and decision making to ensure I have all of the information and options available.

I met with Dr Choi for an initial visit regarding back surgery. It took some time to get the initial appointment but I have found that this is the case with all Dr's in the Spokane and N Idaho area that provide back surgery.My wife and I were impressed with Dr Choi's easy to understand explanation of test results and surgical options. He answered all of our questions and listened to us. We look forward to an appt for back surgery by Dr Choi.

Dr. Choi is knowledgeable, respectful, listened to me with deep care and interest. The only challenge I have with my healthcare challenges is the timeframe within which I can get appointments. Other than that, all the providers and support team are great. But the process of getting an appointment is slow and cumbersome

Dr.Choi's appointment was very informational and discussions regarding treatment were very to the point in what needed to be done. He was very thorough in his description of my issue and the expectations to come from surgery needed. All staff was very knowledgeable and personable during visit.

I had a very good experience. The doctor was very thorough and very knowledgeable. The only bad part of the experience is it's hard to get into a specialist because of the number of referrals that they have to deal with and not enough care doctors to deal with it

Waite time to get appointment was months but understandable it was a process with a lot of patients needing care.Dr. Choi was outstanding, professional and caring for my health care. I felt a great relief, a feeling of reassurance and relaxation from anxiety and distress.

Dr. Choi is just great. I am always surprised how calm and not in a hurry he seems at appointments. He takes his time, explains everything to me and helps me understand the answers to my questions. He is great!!I don't want to answer about scheduling an appointment to reflect poorly on the office. I have a schedule that is the same as their schedule. To see them during the times that they are open requires me to cancel or reschedule patients. They work really hard to accommodate me and we do finally find a time for follow up, etc.
