About Robert E. Wolf
Dr. Robert “Bob” Wolf, a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, brings over 30 years of experience to Hobbs and Lea County, NM, joining Covenant Health. Born in Dallas and raised in Tulsa, he earned a Chemistry degree from Baylor and graduated first in his class from Southwestern Medical School. He completed his orthopedic residency at the Campbell Clinic and a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology at the University of Florida. Dr. Wolf began his career at the University of Louisville, launching its orthopedic oncology program. He’s passionate about medical advocacy and has served on several state-level boards. Most recently in private practice in Waco and Hillsboro, TX, he values high-quality, patient-centered care in smaller communities. Dr. Wolf is married to Karen, and they have three sons. He enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and being active in his church and local community.

When not caring for patients Bob enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and spending time with his family. Bob and his wife Karen met at Baylor University and have been married for 37 years. They have four sons and three grandchildren.
