Kaitlyn was very kind, informative, respectful, and an amazing doctor. I had had previous medical trauma from a provider years ago at another medical group and I was worried I would experience the same trauma and pain from the colposcopy. However, Kaitlyn not only walked me through what was going to happen, she made me feel comfortable, there was no pain during or after the procedure, and she let me know exactly what was going to happen afterwards. Every time I see her, she makes me feel at ease, and is kind and respectful. Additionally, the medical assistants were also very kind, supportive and checked in on me. My experience at other obgyns has been cold, scary and anxiety inducing but here, I feel safe and cared for. I really cannot express how grateful I am for the kind care I received from the staff and provider at this office.

While Kaitlin was friendly during this appointment, she seemed to be in a rush, and didn't engage with me as patiently as I would've liked. It was my first time seeing her, as well as my first time ever doing a Women Wellness visit. I understand it was a routine and quick appointment for her, but it left me feeling like my appointment was just something she had to get out of the way. Ultimately, she is kind and informative, and under different circumstances I probably wouldn't have felt the need to comment anything.

The only issue with scheduling was that I wanted a female provider and the next available appointment was 3 months away. I think having more female providers especially in the obgyn specialty is crucial and imperative. Kaitlin was amazing, kind, patient, informative, and skilled.

Best experience was being heard during my appointment in which I was having a mental break down. She gave me a referral and I started therapy on [date] . I truly appreciate feeling cared about and feeling like an actual human being. She answered all my questions and even sent all prescriptions to pharmacy fast. Test results where back fast and even discussed after office Hours ( on a weekend) . Maybe me feel Like My health Is Important to Not only Me But Her as Well. Wish she was my primary doctor . Need a lot more doctors like her , That Love their Jobs.
