Michele was so kind caring and compassionate I'm also a medical provider and her non judgemental and kind demeanor made the visit even more better than the resolution. I want to thank Michele for her care, so competent but she followed through. Medications were at the pharmacy and she even switched to the one with the lower copay. Truly amazing

I was really impressed with Michele Mack. She listened to my concerns and questioned my previous prescriptions. She also ordered an additional screening which I truly appreciate.

The provider I saw arrived 30 minutes late and was frazzled. She was running late. I didn't feel like she validated what I was going through or was fully present during the visit. I have received the test results but have no gotten an update from her. I need medication prescribed to me for the test results and she has not done this in a timely manner. I have called reception to check in with her. I am really disappointed with this treatment. With my normal provider it is not like this.

I wanted to share a note of appreciation for Michele Mack and the care I received during my recent visit.I've been dealing with a persistent issue for over two months and had several primary care visits, exams, and tests including a pelvic/vaginal ultrasound during that time without finding the underlying cause, which was very stressful.Michele performed a thorough exam and identified the issue - a retained tampon - and immediately helped remove it to resolve all issues. The way she communicated with me, made me feel comfortable, and supported me throughout was truly wonderful. She was kind, professional, and reassuring, and I felt very cared for during the visit.I'm incredibly grateful for her attentiveness and compassion and wanted to express my sincere thanks.

Michelle Mack was one of the practitioners (doctors or NPs) that I've ever seen. She was kind and patient and really listened to all I had to say or ask. She's a HUGE asset to Providence Health Services!

Michele Mack is incredible. Pap smears have always been painful for some reason for me. She said they shouldn't be. And she was right! Gentle, diligent, knowledgeable and kind! Will be asking for her again in the future.

Honestly, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Everybody who worked there was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. My appointment was Right on time!!!! I don't know if that's ever happened in another Dr.'s office. Michelle Mack was wonderful - very friendly, had answers to all my questions and honestly, spent more time speaking with me than 95% of other NP's or Dr.'s I see. It was my first visit with this group and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me. All around great experience at a Dr's office.

As someone who avoided care for years due to past unpleasant experiences with physicians, it was a great relief to be treated by someone as competent and professional as Michele.

My first visit was amazing! I felt empowered to make the safest and most comfortable choice for myself and was given great guidance as to which birth control was the best fit for me. The IUD placement experience although, painful, was very calm and easy. My one disappointment was how long I waited. I had a urine sample within the first 10 mins but the wait time to be taken back and then waiting in the room for the placement took longer than expected and caused some anxiety as I waited for it. Other than the wait time, great experience!
