She takes her time and does not make me feel rushed when I ask her questions. She always seem happy to be there and greets you with a beaming smile. Dr. Du and all the staff were incredible. So friendly, supportive to my needs, and accommodating. I felt very heard and understood. I came in for my annual exam and a couple other special needs and Dr. Du was super attentive to all my questions, concerns, feelings, and needs. I haven't felt this cared for in 8-10 years. Exceptional people!!!

My provider is very knowledgeable but the appointments are over so quick that I usually am not able to ask all of the questions I have. I see my provider for under a couple of minutes before she has left the room and is on to the next patient.

I appreciate Dr. Du's insightful answers to the questions or concerns that come to mind. I just only wish her answers were a little more catered to me, my medical history on file and/or tests that were done by me without me having to ask. I don't know how to read the results from tests other than to hear that they're just normal or not. It'd be nice for care providers to either educate or take into consideration on reviewing results upon seeing patients, and whenever relevant health questions do come up that can let their patients know where they stand based on their results.

Dr Emily Du is amazing. This was my first time seeing her as my OB. I have done a crazy amount of research since I found out Im pregnant with our first child at 35. My husband and I are both older so we are quite nervous with the pregnancy. But Dr Du was kind and informative. She have great bedside manners. She made us both feel very comfortable. She has excellent skills, things that typically were unbearable for me before like Pap smear, it was much better when she performed it. We are very thankful we have her for our first child and are looking forward to the next visit with her.

Dr. Du listened to my concerns very intently and reassured me throughout various topics. She provided a safe environment and made my first pap smear which I was very anxious about, very easy and quick and took away my worries. A wonderful patient and kind provider.

Dr.Du was very easy to talk to. She took my concerns seriously and went online to find a solution during my visit. I will definitely keep her as my gynecologist. So glad she's at this office near my home!

The MA mentioned there will be someone shadowing. I asked if it is a female and she said yes. But I was surprised that it was the PA who will do all the work.My understanding of shadowing is a person who will watch and not asking or checking my conditions.I ended up had to ask Dr Du doing the pap smear instead of PA.I am a new patient and I expect MD will take care of me. The whole time is more like asking me questions and I answered instead of helping me understand what care I needed after confirming menopause.It ended I have to email Dr. Du to ask if I needed to continue contraceptive. Please be reminded the care I needed has changed since I am already in menopause.

DR. Du has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of. Her attention to detail is unmatched and I am so grateful for her.
