Ann is amazing

Usually Anne is very good and helpful and I feel like she remembers things about me. But this visit it seemed as though she didn't even read my chart before beginning to talk to me. She asked me why I was there even though she had me schedule the appointment to go over results. I had to re-explain every symptom I was having. Even at one point I asked about something she found at my last appointment and she said she didn't know what I was talking about. When I informed her she was the one that noticed the problem, she said she doesn't remember things that happened 2 months ago and hasn't read her notes yet. During the appointment I felt very frustrated that she didn't take the time to go over my chart before hand and felt like this wasn't being taken seriously. The appointment ended well but I did consider walking out in the middle of the appointment.

I have seen this provider a lot in the past. But this time was a bit different then I'm used too. Anne is always kind and asks me how Ive been doing. This persons name was Anne but she was kind of annoyed even though the appointment was around 9am. She kept having smart remarks that totally made me feel irritated and uncomfortable and I didn't like how she performed my Pap smear. She didn't explain what she was doing to me at all. I'm 34 and have gotten lots of Pap smears performed. She wasn't interested in what I was trying to communicate about my health and even exhaled very loudly a couple times as if she was exhausted just listening to me. It was uncomfortable to say the least.
