She was very thorough

I had a very difficult time with this provider. I felt I was not being listened to, talked over, not believed, and judged. Provider left visit notes that included things that were not properly discussed nor were the notes accurate to what I had shared. I felt I was being accused and ridiculed the entire appointment. I will not be returning to this provider.

Always a pleasure when I go into this office. Everyone has a nice smile when you walk in. The person that takes your vitals very friendly and a smile as well. I never have to wait for my appointment. I'm in and out in very little time. Never feel rushed. All questions are answered.

Anne really seemed to care about what I had to say and the concerns that I had regarding my health. She investigated the issues I mentioned to her and explained treatment options and my diagnosis in an easily digestible/understandable way. She made a typically uncomfortable situation/type of appointment as easy as possible.

Anne as well as Dr Stokes are probably the most thorough, professional, skilled physicians I have been lucky to have on my medical team. Anne is so thorough with noticing ever detail of my medical records that she has not even been a part of she has saved me from future complications I didn't even know I had & that were sadly missed by St Joe's ER doctors when I was hospitalized over a yr 1/2 ago. Anne Wadham is my unicorn & I trust her with my life!

Anne Wadam is excellent

She did not believe me when I said that I smoked only 10 cigarettes a day, I said that I drink sporadically and if I had to put a number on it I would say once a week. She summarized that as me drinking over 4 to 5 times a week. She made me feel like she just saw me as someone who does not take care of themselves, when in reality I exercise everyday and eat healthier than almost anyone else I know. I also asked her a question about one of the tests she recommended and she did not answer it. I will take the tests that she diagnosed, although I think it may be overboard. It is better to be safe than sorry, and I guess it is better she be over cautious than under cautious. Although I did feel a large lack of respect and trust. I may want to go with someone else next time.

I love my doctor I can be very open transparent on all my feelings which is very important trusting your doctor's opinion to feel safe and welcomed any appointment she makes me feel welcomed and that she really cares for my well being I love her

1st appt. Came in for incontinence. It was excellent. Wadham gave me prescription for estrogen cream and discussed various options. Told me next visit she'd check if I were a good candidate for pessary or surgery and that she'd order a blood test. 2nd appt. No blood test. Did she forget? She counseled to continue as I'd been but up the times of cream application to 3 times per week and we'd confer with the doctor on whether or not I'd be a better candidate for surgery or pessary. 3rd visit: Wadham suggested I visit with a physical therapist. When I asked about the doctor, with whom I was under the Impression I'd meet on this visit, but he was not present, Wadham told me I took up too much of her time already and she was too busy to speak with me anymore. I'd only answered questions she asked me to answer. I wasn't chit chatting. I appreciated greatly Nurse Wadham on the first visit, but the 2nd and 3rd left quite a lot to be desired.

Dr. Wadham and the rest of the team are fantastic. Dr. Wadham is absolutely amazing and shows she cares.

She said she was recording it on a new app and that I would have a copy of the whole visit. And when I asked for a copy when I left, I got a copy of my medical records but not really the visit. I would've liked to have a copy of the visit. I did really appreciate the information and the time she took.

As an African American woman, it is wonderful to be seen and heard by such an outstanding provider in our community.

I'm pleased to have found Dr. Wadham. She was very helpful. My only problem is the cost of each visit. It's exorbitant and shocking, but I needed the help so there we are.

She took the time to review my medical records with me, since this was our initial visit. She explained all treatment options, including any risks/benefits. She took the time to understand my needs and make me feel comfortable when I was anxious.

Ms. Anne Wadham answered all questions regarding the new medication she prescribed and what to expect. She described why I had some specific symptoms and what I might be able to do to resolve them, giving me the resources to follow through. I never felt dismissed with any questions and validated my concerns. A previous health care provider at this facility, I felt, was already on to the next patient before they were out the door. This was truly a informative visit.
